On Monday the hungry caterpillar ate one apple.  On Tuesday it ate two pears . On Wednesday the caterpillar ate three plums. On Thursday it ate four strawberries. On Friday the hungry caterpillar ate five oranges. On Saturday it ate chocolate cake, a pickle, icecream, cheese, cherry pie, one lollipop, one sausage, a cupcake and watermelon. On Sunday it ate  just a leaf.
